At Accounts Robo, we provide digital ERP and accounting services. Because our services involve software access and digital delivery, refunds are limited.
1. No Refund After Account Activation
Once your Accounts Robo ERP account is activated and login credentials are issued, the service is considered delivered and payments are non-refundable.
2. Duplicate Payment
If a customer is charged twice due to a technical issue, the duplicate payment will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
3. Service Not Activated
If payment is completed but your ERP account is not activated within 48 hours, you may request a full refund.

5. Processing Time
